A Bullet Journal is a customized planner/sketchbook to help you capture notes, thoughts and inspiration. It is a process that is fun and creative. How involved you make it is entirely up to you. It is part vision board and part planner; using artwork, doodles, stickers and words that spark your motivation and remind you of your values, goals, and aspirations . The aim is to store all of this in a small journal which you can carry with you.
