What a great way to learn the basics of gardening, and build a foundation for our future gardeners!

Every week we will focus on a different project in gardening. Some of the topics that will be covered are composting, self-maintaining and no-fuss planters, growing in different mediums, gardening for small spaces, and growing from scraps. We will focus on specific skills and types of gardening, and the children will bring home their projects at the end of class.

Students will provide their own fabric which is minimal for each project (savvy moms can use coupons!).   This gives the child a chance to pick out a favorite color, theme, or character print.  Sewing machines, thread and any sewing tools needed for construction will be provided.
